Our guest house needs verification which I’m fine with.

it’s actually been 20days that we haven’t had any bookings because we have been shut down by booking.com

problem I have is it was said to be 10 days it’s now 20 days.  I was told a department will be intouch soon.

when I complained 6 days ago and 4 days ago, I still haven’t had a call back

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
