virtual credit cards
Booking.com virtual credit card has declined and after an hour on extranet,chat box,waiting on hold and then getting cut off i just want to be able to speak to a human so i can get a different virtual credit card to charge a guest.
what chat box? when did we get a chatbox on Partner Support under inbox menu...
I just rechecked that is not a thing. If you made the mistake of going to booking.com and using the CS chat window, then dont , that is only for guests not partners.
