We’ve started to process partner payouts this week. The majority of our partners’ regular payouts have already resumed, and we expect to process the remainder by 4 August 2023. We’re working to make sure all partners receive their payouts as soon as possible.

My July payout should be £1400 and my pulse app shows £230 issued on 27th July and I haven't even got that. They've spent a month "updating their finance system" basically withholding everyone's money and they've completely messed it up with very little support or information being communicated to partners whose money they're withholding. It's disgraceful.
I'm having the same problem. I have to honour the bookings that have been made but I won't be paid until I've upload location verification. Video but there's no option to do it. No banner - no link to the partner portal. Rubbish site.

I've been chasing them for payment for weeks. You won't get a response
I've had no payments since the start of June so don't expect to be paid any time soon
Let's see if they actually make the payout this week and if it's £1000 less than it should be as their app is showing

Yea I'm in the Uk. I've not even had a reply. I don't know weather to continue accepting bookings through them. I might never see the money
