Thank you Sergei, now the situation a bit changed: I can TRY to add picture to the profile, but nothing uploaded. Tried a few jpg files ~3-4Mb , nothing uploaded.
There is no option to add picture to profile. When clicking Edit only language and time zone are options to change and save. At least this is true for my account.

Hi Sergei. I use Chrome. Yes, I regularly upload pictures to Facebook w/o any problem
Cannot upload screenshot as well, site doesn't recognize my jpg screenshot. My system is Windows 10 64bit

Dear M Adamopoulou, did you get ever an answer through Extranet inbox tab? I never get it answered, only by phone call...
