I know it's a bit beyond my brain too... But.. 3 holiday let's 3 grants ye.... Got that so far nice and easy.... Til they start demanding I pay one back in 21 days.... I'm like why... Well it's then they start telling me, some. Belony, about,, putting my flats together.... As there In the same building.. And on some platforms there advisered together.... Apparently, according to my council,, this makes them, one,, what they call an "hereditant" Well.. Its a complicated way of fiddling me out of money... Is the way I see it........ But as I said in my earlier email... While looking in too this latest,, goverment..,, grant... Iv found.. If they have joined my properties then.. I come in to the caragory of free business rates.... So,, they.. Need to pay me back that I believe... Any one had any experience of this..... Is there any one with more than one flat in a block.. That received.. More than one grant...

Minimum stay 1 night,, for my properties,, this isn't the isue,, booking. Com, have today, 12 in too this admitted they have a problem in there system, were apparently some of the info on bookings isn't showing correctly.. So they have told me too call back on the 30 th,, I will keep you all posted,, there are 6 nights at, between £150 to £180 a night,, so £1000 of bookings, I'm concerned about,, this is my, buisness,, of 4 holiday let's.. And my Chrismas money on 1 that was booked and had my property blocked for quite some time befor cancelling,, so I realy don't want too be out of pocket.
Booking. Com say they understand my frustration.. And that they have contacted the relevant department,, and for me too wait another 48 hours... These are bookings,, that say they are covered by risk free,,,, I have, printed off these bookings,, as proof,,,,
Basically, I think booking. Com, collects there payments and holds the money til they cancel, and that earns booking. Com a hefty amount in interest with millions paid like this often six months in advance,, and thats why they, can offer as an insentive to cover the cancellation s,, but,, be careful,, because,, when you deel with payment it's in your pocket and guaranteed,, bdc,, arnt always rely able,, with risk free,, iv found,,, asbestos iv been waiting now, for 12 days,,,, were booking. Com, have re sold the days with risk free, they have then been cancelled a second time,,, and now it says, restore availability, if you want booking. Com to continue to sell these nights.. So there is a flaw in the system
Thank you for your comments,, but I think perhaps it would be a good idea, if you speak, with, *** at your booking. Com support office... He will verify after 9 days and 18 emails,,,, its still not realy sorted,,,, but after putting up this on the owners, forum,, iv had a slightly better response than befor.. I will up date you all in ten days, and let you know if, risk free realy was risk free,,, and if your system, managed to recognise, that dates weren't closed my me,, and I hope your system recognises when there's more than one cancelled booking over lapping on the risk free reservations... *** from your department will verify.. These are issue s your end,, and not down too the fact I don't understand the small print, thanks Janice
I'm having a nightmare with booking. Com, involving,, 4 cancelled risk free bookings,, over Christmas that ad up too a thousand pounds or more.. When booking. Com, resell and then the guest cancels again there system doesn't seam to recognise this,, and states too be paid I must keep dates open, I haven't closed any dates,, booking. Com is the only ones closing dates,, the payments are far more risk free,, when I deel with the money,,like with my other properties,, I have a strict cancellation policy,, booking.
