it depend upon how does your guest react into your property i mean like if they are angry then you need to feel there problem so there is always two option whether your guest are happy or they are not happy so you need to understand them and once you fine the good pint then work on at

if you are trying sign in the booking.com then then booking.com sent you massage at your mobile so once you get it then you need to enter into the verification code. booking.com only sent you certificate,trophy and etc into the post office according to my view

Hey Everyone i am from Nepal, i have been running budget hotel at Thamel, Kathmandu,Nepal but we has has got some booking and our customers from booking.com is always happy but when we request them to review then at first they said for sure i will but at last we didn't got any review so guys do you have any idea about that
