Buonasera Community Admin,

a maggior ragione che vengono visualizzate da Booking.com, oltre ad essere a norma con le linee guida dovrebbero anche essere controllate per la qualità dell'immagine. Se consideriamo quanti ospiti visitano le città,  di foto ce ne sono a migliaia. E' proprio quelle più brutte vengono pubblicate nella gallery?

Durante tutti gli audit che facciamo regolarmente con gli account manager di Booking.com, ci viene enfatizzato l'importanza di caricare immagini nitide, alta risoluzione, che rappresentano la struttura, belle e che colpiscono un potenziale cliente: oltre al content score da raggiungere sempre al 100%.  Non capisco perché questi stessi parametri non valgono anche per il Team di Booking?  

Tutte i sistemi diffusi come Booking (Tripadvisor, Google ma non solo) pubblicano immagini degli ospiti ma vengono categorizzate in sezioni diverse: immagine del Proprietario vs immagini degli Ospiti. Non sono mischiate insieme alla gallery principale- il biglietto da visita dell'hotel. 

Abbiamo già fatto presente questa problematica più volte. Non possiamo aspettare 24 mesi perché sparisca un'immagine che il buon gusto non avrebbe mai permesso che ci fosse dall'inizio. 

Grazie di riconsiderare questa impostazione e dare agli utenti (vostri partner), lavorando insieme a voi, il controllo di quello che viene pubblicato sulla propria pagina.
