Maps has nothing to do with it!  Sorry, my fault for trying to do 2 things at the same time.

I have tried google calendar guides but what Booking.com give me to do the job and what Google calendar needs are 2 different things. 

Is there anyway I can contact booking.com for help?

Google maps wants to download a file from my computer but Booking.com supply a link which they expect to be pasted in!

I use google maps on a browser.
