It took a few goes for us to finally get rid of their VCC but we have finally donut. Interestingly enough is we have talked to a few customers and they have said to us Whats a vcc so they had no idea that that was how they were paying hmmm.
Yep we are down about 5.5k as we saved to pay big bills as well. And to top it off was left hanging on the ph for over 64 hrs trying to get answers. One call we left run after they put us on hold for 5.5 hrs which they then hung up with out comment. We were treated very poorly to say the least almost like we were trying to scam them. REALLY
Well I see that b.com have removed one of my replies saying it beached the guidelines of this site.
Real speak is it cast them in a bad light. Well the truth is the truth. Please fix the vcc system and stop taking money off your partners. This has been like this ( so called bugs ) since its conception .Ive also had several conversations with b.com managers and they have said that b.com knows about the bugs but isn't fixing them. They have also appolagized for this but that's all they can do policy is policy. Shame on you
We had damages to our property though vcc customers and were told by b.com when we tried to collect damages that vcc was there to protect their customers from being over charged and there was nothing they could or would do about it. The bottom line is basically we are untouchable if you dont like it go somewhere else
We no longer will take b.coms vcc bookings and it has now gotten to the stage where all b.com guest must pay on arrival. We had been getting bookings which said they were vcc but when we were trying to collect were told that they weren't so basically to bad. Partner relations are a joke with no help coming forward from this lot. And yes they hide cards and also dont honour their so called cancelation policy. As a company on the whole they ae very disappointing.
Hi all B.com has finally paid what they owe us shy of $60. nz. This process has eaten up around 90 hrs not to mention the mental stress. As for the legal suit - I really can't see it being the way to go as even a class action will drag for years and still be costly and all that will happen is they will admit they were wrong and if we are lucky they will award costs if b.com doesn't complain that the costs would be to great for them. Welcome to the legal world. The only ways to keep on them and keep up these pages and star a few more as bad press is something they really don't want. Im hopping that sooner or later they will payout what they owe. B.com has admitted in a email to me (which I still have) that they have and have know about the bug in the vcc system for over two years which begs the question of why they haven't fixed it. Simple there's no money in it. As stated they will play the waiting game in hopes of so called partners giving up due to the stress and time wasted. They have also acknowed that its fraud but once again try taking it to court as they are based off shore and most countries laws dont cover this and they know it. Keep on them untill they pay up. We adventurely got put though to their Amsterdam office and I believe that is the only way we got this resolved. Even then we had to argue with them to pay out the rest of what they owed as some vcc had expired due to them not taking action and the vcc info not being available. 30% of what is owed is now a credit towards commission payment back to them. That should show the extent of the problem in this company. Dont give up. We do not refund any b.com customers what so ever now and tell them that these are the same rules we have to abide by its called business
Also b.com does not have the right to tell their partners what their cancelation policies are, if they want to do that, then they need to buy alot of businesses and run them how they like
That is a great idea Boquete as we have received notice from b.com that they will not pay out on vcc over a year old even though they have been emailed repeatedly over a period of several months and never took action but have taken the money which for some reason they think is now there's and have refused to take any further action. My advice is to follow exactly what you have posted they need to be taken down a few steps and realise that its a two way street and start to respect there partners. I for 1 will take every possible action to recover whats owed with interest.
PARTNER is a joke and they dont care They are full of the ***
