Sorry for the super belated reply. I got so many SPAM emails that I just couldn't see myself going through them all.
Did you find a solution?
If I were you I would have phoned Partner Services (those are the people with the important buttons on their side) and ask them to check what is wrong with my extranet.

I have also sent a few messages to Booking.com about availability going live if a guest cancels. I think there should be an option for us whether or not we want the calendar to go open again. Because many people have experienced the same!

I just want to make sure that we are both talking about the same thing. Are you talking about the Opportunities that Booking.com spams us with? And no matter how many times you dismiss it, it pops back up?

O Wow, I actually got a notice for this message. I must say after the redo of the forum, the Replies have been going slow because I was 100% spammed by emails. I received an email if I made a post / commented on a post. So I could never go back and get back to people. It did frustrate me a bit.

In your extranet you can find your Account manager's contact nr. (In Inbox). Perhaps see if you can make contact there?
Or scroll all the way to the bottom where it says Send Feedback and write to Booking.com about the UK Support office.
