Thanks. Yes I think so too. Booking Com can’t add it to the policies fine print, I have added a sentence to my property description “no pop up business such as therapists with visiting clients ...” also I have added it to the thank you message sent immediately after the booking is made.

I haven’t promoted the property as such and I don’t need it.
I think a simple change in Bookings policy wording would be clearer for guests and give owners/managers the ability to set what is suitable for the property.

Booking has policies regarding parties and events. A simple change to give an owner/manager the opportunity to decline a client type business if this doesn’t fit with the property.
