Maybe you changed notification settings for the app by mistake. It happens many times. If you long press the app icon you will see an option named "App info". Press it and then select "App notifications" or "Notifications" option (it depends on your operating system version). Then check if the notifications are disabled... Enable them.
If that doesn't work, try uninstalling and installing the app again. You will asked about what permissions you do accept. Allow notifications.
The letter is sent to the condo with the only purpose of checking the existence of the condo itself, they follow a so called procedure. This will not make you unable to sell. You will prove your location by selling. My letter was sent a year ago to a mistaken address only because the street of my property was not in their database. When I asked them to do the corrections and to send me another letter I was advised to forget about that :) So my property live at a nearby address on this platform with an permanent warning on my interface regarding this pending verification :). I rent without problems. I'm sure you can do the same if you don't want to spend a few days with phone calls with them:)
I was advised by them through phone to send a request by mail to customer.service@booking.com for a similar situation (I wonder if hosts are "customers" for them) . Unfortunately it looks like nobody read that inbox. I sent them my request regarding VAT code but no reaction. The Invoice I received this month from them contain a mistake regarding VAT code.
Alleen Alleen, try to login to booking.com extranet from a browser on your PC, or if you are using only your phone, try your phone browser in "Desktop mode" in order to see the interface like in the screenshot of Minphy Liao. I wish you good luck!
I'm in the same situation and I was advised by them in a support phone call to send a proof of my fiscal status to customer.service@booking.com. I have sent a copy of my registration paper (CUI). Try the same, maybe they will consider to change their interface.
I'm in a similar situation. I was advised by them to send them an e-mail at the recipient customer.service@booking.com with a paper to prove my fiscal status. This is nonsense since there exist VIES database and this is a public resource.... No comment.
So I advise you to do the same, send them an e-mail and try to show them something to convince them. It looks like their fiscal advisor is in a leave :)
Hello, Vikram. I am also not a VAT payer and this is legal and normal for small businesses in many countries. The request of Booking.Com to all users to add their VAT number looks like it was sent in a big hurry, because they ignored individuals and small businesses like usual. The form pushed to us to fill was designed to address only VAT payers, having only two options: registered or not registered for EU. That was for me a big mess, because I'm neither "registered" nor "not registered" for EU transactions. I'm simply not a VAT payer. And this information regarding VAT status of any business inside EU is public and easy to verify for anyone in VIES database of EU.
Regarding the fact you can't see your listing, it might be correlated with your restrictions. If you add restrictions for a number of days to rent together you will not be able to see your listing when you do a simple search (that shows only daily offers). But if your search will specify the number of days you will be able to see your listing, eventually. If not, call their support number in your area and take your time to wait and to speak :D

Try to send a message to customer.service@booking.com, explain them the situation and attach a picture of your VAT certificate. Finger crossed!
