Good on you, I wish BDC shut down very soon if they don’t treat their partners well, their review think tank team are the worst in the business, all should be fired and new brains should be hired who don’t hurt the partner sentiments in these hard times post pandemic !  Losers !!

WONDER IF BOOKING HAS HIRED SOME *** TO PROGRAMME THEIR BOOKING PAGE. IF THEY CHANGE THEN THERE IS NO EXPLANATION TO HOST WHY ITS CHANGED AND WE LOOK LIKE *** IN FRONT OF THE GUEST WHO ASK US..THEY NEED A "QUIT ROOM".

I wonder where they hire the people who work on such weak review system for booking,.

When a really concerning issue is not looked at seriously then there is no choice, Booking always says we are partners in this together, but we don't think so when the partner's voice is ignored when he is trying to address a real concern which is to do with the "Automatic removal of our reviews after 2 years" we are in a once in a life time pandemics, and the reviews are hard to come by and we have to say with a heavy heart that this system is stone age now, put a freeze on this system or bring back our removed reviews. most guests nowadays don't feel like to write a review on their stay as they are too busy to waste time, we have to literally beg the guest to write a review on their stay, and on top of this, its very heartening to see our good reviews disappear in front of our eyes just because of a stone age system from booking. PLEASE CONSIDER OUR REQUEST WITH URGENCY. A STRONG PARTNERSHIP IS A LONG PARTNERSHIP !!
