We have a booking for mid-May and our guest wants to cancel her reservation due to the Coronavirus epidemic. She has been unable to cancel through booking platform and ask for a refund. We have not received any monies yet from Booking and we are also unable to cancel her reservation. Could you please advice on how to proceed?
