After one month of writing and phone calls and VCC payments failure this is the answer we got!

We kindly ask you to contact the partner service to deactivate the payment solution.
We are at the moment not able to process manual payout for uncharged virtual credit cards. In the meantime we kindly ask you to provide an example of a booking where you were not able to charge the guest.
We are not able to confirm when it will be possible to pay out manually but our payments team is working on a solution.
We apologize for this matter.

Hello. I'm having the same problem with VCC payments. The issue has been ongoing for the month of July for us, but it already concerns 18 bookings.
I have repeatedly messaged and called them, but there seems to be no forward motion for our case, and we keep getting new guests paying with VCC every day.
I keep getting brushed of with them saying my case has been forwarded to the financial department and too allow 24-48 hours for a response. 19 days later, no response has arrived. Since the 12th of july I have called their customer service twice a day, and I send at least one message a day with the new bookings i'm not able to charge.
The overall impression is terrible customer service and treatment of their "partners".
I have also filed a complaint against their customer service because of this.
Having issuses getting payed from booking.com myself. I have been in contact with them by phone and messaging every day, sometimes several times per day, the past 16 days, still no change to my problem. Terrible partner service.
The problem lies with booking.com. I have had problems with charging guests VCC since 1st of july. Keep calling them and sending messages but nothing has been fixed yet. I have gotten told the same as you "please wait 48 hours for a response" since 5th of July....
The exact text for the payment details are "You have successfully charged the total amount on this card: NOK 0" and the payment is marked as "payed online", even though no money has been transferred to us.
I have called them twice a day for over one week now and sent over 20 messages.
There is little to no progress to fix the issue.
