I can't find either the Calendar or Inbox tab...All I can see is Home, Promotions, Reservations, Opportunities, Guest Reviews and Marketplace. Am I missing something? Should there be another account with extended rights for the hotel that I might not have been given access to? I just took over the account from the former person in charge. When I use the links in the help centre (i.e, for the Inbox) it just takes me to a 404 error page.
