I am in the same position. I have not received a single payment since opening on 15th July. I phone most days and have sent messages via the extranet but I never get a reply. I am in Scotland. The assistant on the help line says their handS are tied, they can only send emails to finance. I have become increasingly anxious as I desperately need my payments. I only rent out one room and am fully booked. Booking.com owe me over £1k. On the finance page it says for each date ‘payment being processed’ But when?

Yes, I send messages through Extranet. I phone the Edinburgh customer service number most mornings but they can only pass messages onto finance. I’ve tried phoning Finance but they don’t pick up. The longest I’ve held on for is 40 minutes. I’ve even tried tweeting their Twitter account.
I'm fully booked until end of September so paying out a lot as I supply breakfast. I’m a pensioner and invested my savings on the annexe for a regular income so I’m really struggling now.
i really don’t know what else I can do. Booking.com communications are appalling but they dominate the market here in UK. How simple would it be for them just to ring me and tell me what the problem is?
I am having a similar problem not getting paid and may have to start sending guests away as I’m running out of money. I have tried In vain to contact Finance but they do not reply. When I ring the number for Edinburgh Enquiries the person takes down all the details but can only send an email to finance, they cannot put you through.
Why are booking.com Finance department not answering my emails or phone calls. I am becoming extremely stressed and worried they may have a financial problem!
I have been having the same problem. I have emailed and phoned constantly and had no reply from finance department.
I have not been paid since opening although booking.com say they are processing my payments on line.

Hi I’ve not been paid since opening on 15th July. They say a payment was sent to my bank on 28th July and another payment is being processed!
I have tried in vain to contact Finance but they don’t pick up the phone. I have sent numerous emails but still no one has contacted me. I’ve phoned customer service nearly every morning but their hands are tied and can only contact finance via email.
My bank account is correct and my bank say they have not received any payment.
What else can I do?
