Nessuno ma la l'host non può disdire una prenotazione ma solo chiedere al guest di cancellare la prenotazione.

Proprio oggi una persona che ha effettuato solo la prenotazione (a soggiornarci è stata la figlia) mi ha lasciato un giudizio (anonimo e senza commenti quindi senza diritto di replica) altamente negativo perché non gli era stato  detto in anticipo che l'appartamento non aveva l'acqua potabile: su Booking non ho la possibilità di indicare se nell'appartamento c'è o meno l'acqua potabile (come invece posso fare per il parcheggio o per internet) e chi ha prenotato (che inoltre aveva fatto una prenotazione non rimborsabile) non mi ha mai chiesto informazioni del genere prima del soggiorno della figlia...francamente per quanto mi possa indovinare quali possano essere le priorità dei clienti se non mi sono comunicate esplicitamente in anticipo. Il rischio che - per quanto ci si sforzi - le recensioni dipendano dal giusto ospite sono veramente molto alte.
