Leggendo il tuo messaggio pensavo questo:

io ho attività in proprio e acquisto/vendo spesso estero e so cos'è il reverse charge. Mia moglie, insegnante, invece non ha la minima idea di cosa sia.

Quindi prendendo uno qualsiasi che vede arrivare una fattura come quella di booking non si pone nemmeno il problema. L'errore è di chi emette la fattura mica di chi la riceve. Aspettiamo che l'agenzia dell'entrate si svegli....Io che ho un giro piccolo per un appartamentino che affitto solo d'estate ogni anno dovrei dare 400/500 euro di IVA moltiplica per tutti i privati che affittano lo stato ci perde bei quattrini.

E comunque non mi sento in colpa su quel piccolo appartamento lo stato mi chiede già IMU e 21% su canoni affitto pagato anche booking a me restano le briciole per pagare le spese di gestione.

Ciao Eleonora, mah guarda anche io ho chiesto e non ho ricevuto risposta. Non insisto più, alla fine come stanno le cose risparmio 22% sulla fattura delle commissioni booking.

Non si può fare una fattura a un privato senza applicare l'IVA giustificando la cosa con il reverse charge.

Secondo me se l'agenzia delle entrate viene a chiedere qualcosa dovrebbe sanzionare booking per la fattura emessa in modo sbagliato. Ma non vorrei che chiedessero a me tutta tutta l'IVA non pagata.
