My intention was just opposite. I wrote these six tips because they cost 0$. Except tip with baby rattle and souvenire tip. But you can find those items very cheap and get amazing guests feedback.

If they dont want to pay for second car then let them cancle reservation. You can write under your house rules that you provide one parking place for free. But if they come and pay for second parking spot be ready for not so good review.

??? Police wont move people out? Where are you from. If police didnt make them out no one will. Shut out electricity and water. They will leave on their one.

My guests can cancle one month before arrival. Some of them do, because that is the time when thay have to pay. I use payements by bdc. But one month is enough time to get new booking. This option works just fine for me.

In my case also new guest was not found but I get payed for that night minus amount for cleaning fee.

I wrote the same post and just now seen yours. It looks like booking com will charge 15% of cleaners sallary?!
