In my case, there's no button "Bulk Edit" as the hotel is using a channel manager. The issue has been solved by BDC support. Thanks.

For each promotion you need to set up different discounts ( e.g. 14,95% for basic deal and 15,00% for travel offer etc.

The template is useless since the guest hasn't asked for a quite room, it's a booking.com internal error that will be fixed soon
In extranet, navigate Inbox> booking.com messages and in the right column you will find a phone number of support and your local manager
The answer should be the option "No reply needed"
