My account has been setup on bank transfer they are blaming it on Stripe the credit card company. I have one more reservation with them and then I am removing my listing. I am just getting the run around with customer service. Banking information and listing setup has been confirmed as ALL correct so I guess their only recourse was to blame it on an outsource, this is ridiculous.
That is not the case this is in fact happening a lot I am also in that group. My account has been researched by customer service several times and 'deemed' to be setup correctly, yet no one can explain why I have not been paid for any of my books since I listed my property over a month ago.Not only is it happening to a lot of people it has been happening for a while because this message is over a year old and its still happening today December 2020.
I am having the same problem with NO answer from Booking.com I am trying to figure out what to do as well this is a major problem that seems to be getting ignored. My next step is social media I don't know what else to do.
I'm in the US and having payout problems and no response from the finance team as well. I am only on my 1st week I can't afford to keep listing with them if I have to wait 6 weeks for payouts. I haven't received any payments since I liked my property in November 2020 and we are already in the middle of December. This is unacceptable as a major company.
I think she meant to say she has NOT made payment.
