Try ringing from another number. I used my husband’s phone and miraculously they rang me back on my phone immediately. I was suspicious that they were blocking my number!! Good luck.
I am exhausted trying to get a response from anyone at Booking.com no one was picking up phone call’s until I change phones! Miraculously my call was answered which led me to think my phone was being blocked.

Thank you for your feed back. This is certainly very worrying and I don’t see it being a very positive outcome with so many complaints. In future I will be contacting guests to advise them to pay me direct. I can’t see any other way.
