Look and ensure you have set a Rate Plan and entered the room rates. Booking.com does not allow sites without the rates to be advertised. Check other Restrictions (through Bulk Edit) and then look at the Restrictions that you haveset.

Sorry for misunderstanding on my part.
Pretty easy actually. Log in to Booking.com. Then go to Listings and choose your property. When the listing comes up, go to the top right and click Account. From the drop-down menu click Contacts. Then Edit against the email you want to change.
I can say that for small scale operations, I would recommend Rental Bell. For larger operation Little Hotellier.
