I booked many times on booking.com following your specification.
Now I tried to use this wonderful package to rent a my appartement and I met some difficulties.
The real matter is habit: in Italy we are accustomed to rent a flat by week or couple of weeks or month during summer, mainly.
I Iive in Milan the appartement is in Riva Ligure, close to Ventimiglia (the France frontiere), 270 Km far, so I need to perform some standardisations and to wide the booking period at least to a week (i purchased a digital door lock).
3 customer have books in a few days, also for the (wong) low price and I have to respect the booking. I tried to fit the package to may needs. In my opinion the package needs only a few improvements to fit my needs.
But this is my first experience started on thursday or friday last week.
It is very difficult contact bookin people, and now I Have discovered this help feature.

I defined a price for some weeks
I applied some discount on couple of weeks or whole a month.
I got the least price no availability to see before (I am a greenhorn, may be I don't know)
I got some message on language, already declared (now disappeared)
and I removed some message, non interesting to me now.
Automatic reply are set and there is always a request to set-up them (they are tens).

- if you want to have bookers stay only 1 week (we do not recommend as this is not how BDC works) then you can set up the minimum stay period in the calendar
No, I want to define a minimum period of a week starting on saturday.
If the customer needs to stays more, he need to book more week.
