Booking.com are not paying hosts. Some hosts have not been paid for months including us. And they won’t resolve the matter.

The difficulty is they are well known for ignoring the court’s decisions.

I totally agree. They behave in a fraudulent way which is criminal offence.  but I ask you these two questions:-

1   If you go to the police Will they do anything? I think not !

2. For you to pursue a civil legal action in all practicality you need a service address in your own country. Do you have that service address? I think not.

People in the uk have taken them to court and won a judgment but struggle to enforce it

It’s times like this you realise what your up against

Good luck you will definitely need it

I have already put the number on this page but booking.com have blocked it. What do you expect from people who retain illegally others funds. They still owe us thousands from last year for absolutely no reason.

Yes well we have waited months and are now owed thousands. Booking.com are unresponsive. If you google you will see many hosts are not being paid. I know of hosts that have taken booking.com to court and still they don’t pay. I defy anyone if they can actually get to speak to the finance department. No representative of booking.com can help either. It’s theft on a grand scale. Be warned and don’t be suckered like we have been by worrying about letting the guest down.
