Ummm.....I did not cancel, the guest did so don’t know how else I could have marked it. B.com was aware of this & said they would sort it.....I have spoken to them numerous times on the phone & customer service always agree that it needs sorting but finance don’t seem to want to know. You can’t talk to anyone in accounts as they will not answer, even their own customer services department can’t get through to them.
Any other advice as to how to contact accounts would be great fully received.

I had a booking that the guest cancelled due to COVID. They asked if I could give a full refund. I had a phone conversation with B.com who agreed to give a full refund with no commission charged. On that basis I agreed to give a refund even though I had strict cancellation charges. B.com then took the commission anyway from my first booking after lockdown. I have tried to request a refund via the extranet....just to have it rejected without any reason. I have sent many emails but just get automated responses. I have rung customer services who just ring finance & say they can’t get through so will send an email. I can only conclude that they don’t have the funds available to pay process a refund.
I have deleted most of my info & blocked my calendar....I don’t want any more bookings from them. I use 2 other platforms & have not had any problems with them.

Well I decided to delete all the information off my add & replace it with....****** is no longer taking bookings from this platform due to a commission dispute......
This seems to be an ongoing problem....just skimming through this site and there are lots of us who have had commission incorrectly taken by bookings.com
I have been trying to get a refund since last year on a COVID cancellation.....bookings.com refuse. Let me know if you succeed & how you managed to do so

I tried this but bookings.com refuse to refund the commission even though they agreed they would do at the time of guest cancelling. Good luck
Bookings.com will still charge you commission!
