they are disentersted in cooperation....they need again total close for covid to understand , that hosts brings money..not the guests
correct one...they just cover with their new themas, like " cater to travellers" problem with support for hosts.... Fact is after covid - support of booking isnt more professional as before in year 2010-2019
more frustrating is the answer "but they are humans too and 494850 registered partners"...
it means you are "nobody" for them

and any news? the same situation but one difference - Ive got notice about terminated contract after 10 years of working with booking.....and nothing more...no calls, no answering question, no support from local office....even after change of new operator ---nothings happend!!!
lucky...our local office....doesnt do anything...just telling - maybe next year
its just automatical "spam" answer...doesnt matter what is about - just sent such as answer to all
