To protect yourself against late cancellations, you can set up your cancellation policy to keep 100% of the booking fee if cancelled within 72/48/24hr of check in (covers no shows too). You can also make it totally non-refundable - depends how strict/flexible you want to be. Then as someone above said if say someone has had an awful time and you want to refund them (extenuating circumstances) you can choose to do that on their booking page.
To leave Genius program, go to your extranet, under Opportunities, under Genius Partner Program, under Manage your discount, please go to the bottom of the page where you will see "Quit Genius Program" in red text - click it and you'll be free from GP!!
