Nice view and nice big hoose, all the best , our neighbours are from Jedburgh. Not sure if you are on it but we have found the Hospitality Community facebook page to be extremely helpful. There are many .com hosts on their too, good for sharing stuff.
So, just this morning we have received notification that they are processing £137 or so into our account, not the £144 but less, Im guessing there has been a refund or something, who knows, weve had so many cancellations ( sound familiar ) and will certainly keep at them, no idea. Where are you guys in Scotland, we are in Crail , Fife.

Indeed , we had an income of £884 were paid £739 but then £145 came out of the bank two weeks later. Thank you for sending me the extranet details I will do this. Cheers from Crail in Fife , Scotland.
Indeed Desiree, like the Partner who scored lowly cos the Indian restaurant down the road wasn't very good or the lady who scored lowly because the weather spoiled the holiday. That's the problem with the current score being based against an overall impression. Ive actually booked a property with BDC for a holiday, so at least then I can find out how it all works !!!
Well, there is one option that could be considered and that is to drop the detailed scoring system and just keep the customer reviews, no score, just content. Trip Advisor do this rather well with the simple bubble ratings. B.Com confuse with scorings of 7.9 Good yet individual reviews are awful, its not balanced.
