I don't see where to get the online payment by bdc or payments by bdc.

sometime there use to be error, thus need to ask for resend the pin code.
Once reservation is done, the guest use to have confirmation mail from booking.com, thus you could request guest to follow his mail.
There might be setting problem. You might have put zero room to sell, thus check it out.
Me also i have same problem, i need to cancel the booking but i can't. Further the guest is not responding. I hope someone know better and will guide us
Previously we use to have cancellation option but nowadays , think we could not cancel the booking.

So sad to hear about your actual situation, while as Nepal is open for tourists but we are not getting any reservation. Here situation is being normal and everything is in operation except tourism sector. I think still people are scared to travel or they are not aware about the current situation of Nepal.
