Same problem with me too. Me also I often get fake reservations too. need to do no-show next day. I often get the reservation from same place but in different Id with different name. No reply and no arrival. next day i need to do no show sometimes, forget pay for booking.com commission. Fade up of fake reservation. How could i charge that person if i need to do this, may be the card is wrong number too much annoying just book and block the dates.

sometime there use to be error, thus need to ask for resend the pin code.
Once reservation is done, the guest use to have confirmation mail from booking.com, thus you could request guest to follow his mail.
There might be setting problem. You might have put zero room to sell, thus check it out.
Me also i have same problem, i need to cancel the booking but i can't. Further the guest is not responding. I hope someone know better and will guide us
Previously we use to have cancellation option but nowadays , think we could not cancel the booking.
