If you have set up a rate plan that has a meal included eg. bed& breakfast rate, then the option to remove serving meals will be greyed out. You will need to remove the rate plan that has a meal included or remove the meal option from the rate plan to be able to change this to no.

Other > then click see all contact options > Message > write your message.
