Ideally I need someone at Booking.com to make a firm commitment to contact me when I'm next at our holiday house, and then stick to their commitment to phone me at the agreed time.
Call centre agents are all very friendly, but unfortunately incapable of doing anything else than passing on messages.
Hi Leandri, I have a similar problem. I've advised booking.com that postal deliveries are not available at my new property listing near Hermanus in the Western Cape, so had a video phone call all arranged with them when last I was there (they then didn't phone) and have left countless follow-up messages on my registration link with them. All I get is a standard response advising that it "has been referred to a specialist".
Very frustrating as said specialist is always AWOL.

I'm hoping that you (or anyone else reading this) has a direct contact with someone helpful at booking.com who can assist me.
I have the same problem - waiting for several months now. There are no postal deliveries where our listing is located, and despite arranging Whatsapp calls (to verify the residence), the Cape Town office and general booking.com service has been very disappointing.
In sending messages to Booking.com, all I get is a standard answer that it's been referred to a specialist. I've now had 3 of those replies, and nothing has happened.
Try <name edited> - he was very helpful in getting our listing up and running.
Without him, I'd still be waiting.
