You can send a message from Extranet for the approvement of your address, Location Map, Banking, etc. You will still receive the booking and you can create a promotion in the booking.com. In the meantime, you can make your content score to 100%, Upload the picture with a Company logo, Smiling faces as suggested in this topic.

Sometimes they take fewer weeks to confirm all the details of your Property and setup process for online payment etc. Please keep patience and keep on contacting your market manager and inbox from extranet to them.
