Has your further payments gone through. I have the same issue but further payments owing to me has not been received to my bank account despite all the financial documents on the intranet saying it has. Please let me know.
Keep complaining and sending complaints. Write to CEO and any high up director. The more of us that complain higher up, the more they must take notice. I am made to feel that I am the one with the problem. I have sent a copy of my bank statement too and always get the same message as you did.
Hi Alan, it is getting sheer desperation here so I am doing everything I possibly can. From me bombarding the ceo, Mr Fogel and raising complaints I received an email from Customer Services - (only a first name given) who will communicate between me and credit control. I am informed to wait until next week for them to investigate. Not holding my breath.
My advice is to keep bombarind them and anyone you can get hold of. If we all complain then surely they must take notice.
This is no way to run a business, Shocking - no apology, nothing. They dont seem to understand that that for some it is a living and bills have to be paid. I am writing to them every day and and not stopping until I get a human to contact me.

I have had the same problem of overpayment in August then nothing at all received since then. despite several guests staying.
I have been pushed from pillar to post around and around in circles and nothing gets done. What can we do????
I have emailed the CEO and head of complaints - surely they must address this problem and we are not the only ones.
