Logon to Extranet and go to top right circle menus, 1st menu, then contacts and update primary point of contact, edit.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’. 
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

Nothing will ever happen , only you or the guest can. Either ask the guest to do it which is the better option, or go to the details page and do it yourself with option2

That is not a thing, there is no money to claim from. No Shows and cancellations have no prepayment at time of booking, therefore you get zero.

 

Have a look at BdC Online Payments of the managed service called Payments By Booking.

Or first message the guest to confirm the payment method allowed.

THese should also be stated early on in the auto new reservation message template you setup, you did set one up right??
