tell the guest that food is prepared on the daily market vegetable availability since Ur requirement is limited. also speak with guest the reality what you are facing in daily business so that they will be humble to have the great food of your and request them to make the comment's on the Facebook and Instagram and also TripAdvisor just try this one's

hi guys

simple put on the booking.com extranet about the breakfast charges and if early check-outs they will not care to pay for it but keep in mind tell the guest on arrival that these are the food menu available in case of early check-out so u will not miss the guest anymore.
