Colin it is now 35 days and still I am nowhere with their verification team. They tell you in a few days but nothing happens. Today I am going to email Victoria Bischoff from the Daily Mail. I am relying on that money and especially as it’s Christmas in a few weeks. As I can see them paying anytime soon. I have emailed their CEO and their investor relations with no response other than contact customer services as if they were my first choice. This is an unethical practice. They should not open properties and take money if verification is required. If this was the situation then I am sure their verification team would be quicker. It is also interesting to note they are in the midst of a n acquisition at $1.6bn - I am sure our money sitting in the bank somehow helps that transaction go through!! Please also email Victoria the more people the quicker she will act on it.
I have exactly the same issue been waiting 28 days since notified my property would be verified within 25 days. Still no word I have now started calling them daily. Fed up with their bad service going to call trading standards as they are in breach of their performance indicator ie they said property would be verified in 25 days. People have paid to stay at my place and paid them so it is my money. It’s a no brainier if people have come stayed and left the property exists!!
