Community Admin Dear Community admin. I live in a location where booking.com does NOT support sending post.. (Norway) I keep hearing about a "whatsapp" call. Mail states it should take up to 10 business days, but is is not 20.. I am fully booked since I opened i october and will have problems if this is going to take additional months to confirm (almost fully booked out february, but now some cancellations comes with no possibility to fill those). Customer support simply states it's impossible to get help.
Can you please help me?
