We finally received all payments, and some communication came in late just to confirm payments were done (never any explanations). We got some external advise to work through a "channel manager", I hope for things to go smoother...✊🏻
Hi Toniya, I'm sitting with the same issue. Your guidelines are stating that it should be received within 10days. We're over the 10days and still nothing is reflecting. We've got a second week's payout that is now already not received as usual. Currently this is our only income and we have helpers that needs to get paid. Please can you advise what is happening as I'm noticing a few queries on this same topic. This is not only frustrating but our lives depend on this. No jokes...😔 We've been very appreciative of booking.com and we hope to continue in this same way. I've sent messages and is awaiting response. 🥹
There are a few of us querying this? Payments that was processed in October which hasn't been received as yet? Getting concerned as we're not getting response from booking.com? Wonder if they had changes to their system, or what? 🤔
I'm experiencing the same. 6th of October processed payment still not received which is very unusual. I see no reply from them (booking.com) to this query of yours as yet. Hope they can give some answers?

They promise to respond within 4 days, they don't. They promise to make payments within 10days, they don't! 😫

It says it's due but it just doesn't get processed?
