Spoke to booking.com about changing from Guesthouse to Villa, but they said it will still be a Whole-Rental and not optional for room-rentals !
Yeah I didn't use the Villa due to the description it gave along with it, as I didn't want people to think it was a separate building in the rural area, when it is a house in an urban area/estate
If they had a "House" or "Urban House" or "Rural House" then that would allow others to select and represent their accommodation
I will try that and feedback here
SPOT ON. And I cannot understand why this is not a standard feature !!!
Air bnb are able to do this = advertise a whole property, for those that want to secure the whole property
AND advertise the rooms within that whole property separately
AND sync the Calendars with individual rooms to the whole property; to save any hassle, as a double booking will cause US so much trouble
Then all Air bnb syncing (rooms and whole), can be exported...
Air bnb are miles ahead, so LETS ALL GIVE Booking.com FEEDBACK collectively, they they will wake up and ACTION
P.S. there are a number of enhancements/improvements/obvious i have FED-BACK, eg even simple things like no tags for parking space, kitchen, bathroom, etc
