Firt of all, he did not go or booked in because we talked to him an d he understood, and second of all yo have no authorization to charge him nothing!! and third of all I do not want you to tell me that was our fault and try to collect that from the money you owe me from the booking we already finish a couple of days ago, so be honest and return him his money and do not try to be smart trying to charge that ok....
So just to be a 100% clear from this side too, your system fails 1% of the time?, well that 1% was the percentage that brought us here, but there is no problem everything was fixed and anyway neither to you or to us the custumer paid, but we Quinta Michaus are going to give him a discount in his next reservation and a gift.
And yes, I work with other pages but none of them have made a reservation yet, all the reservations made, I made them, so yes machines fail, they are not infallible.

No, You are wrong, machines and/ or systems are not infallible, as far as You know even USA goverment system have been hacked.
