I like how you state, 'Oh, this has been asked many times, but you have to do it manually'.
This was 10 months ago, so when you say 'many times', why would booking.com plan to make this an enhancement? If people are asking for it, why not build it at some point? Perhaps there is schedule for these enhancements? The other apps do it (your direct competition) so not sure why you would not do it especially when it would give hosts more time to work on more productive activities instead of doing no-value tasks that should be handled by the app.
And with respect to support, I realise that this is not the place to ask for support, but I would like to know if any of the other hosts have issues with getting support to address their issues in a manner that is both timely and topical. The default response seems to be about some totally different issue and directing us to a link that utilmately tells us to contact support - take a look at city / stay taxes.
Sorry, but this is the same question I have - what does the guest see when they are looking to book a property? We KNOW how to set these up.
We want to use promotions to attract guests to our property because they get a deal - we don’t want them to realize after they booked for 5 days that they received a day free. They had every intention of paying for 5, but now we only make revenue on 4 days.
Hi,
Just seeing this reply now.

Thanks Michael
