Dear Toniya, recently our property has faced a serious issue.
We've recently had 2 bookings from the guests from Russia who've registered their credit cards which happened to be invalid but the site did not show/recognize the they're invalid. So, these people canceled their booking a day before the arrival. And they were supposed to be charged but since their cards were invalid, they haven't been charged. This means that we lost a money that belonged to us and lost an opportunity to host another potential guests. Is it possible to restrict a permission for those people to book a property in case if their credit card is invalid? Or is there a way to see if the card is valid or not and request for adding another card?
