It most likely is a bug in their software.. I was expecting some cayman island accounts from some of the employees there at the financial department:) thinking the worst, hoping for the software bug:)
I’m having the same issue they want me to pay $3.000 USD tax and comission until mid July while Tax and commission was already taken of my last pay out and this amount would is similar to my rental the last month.. so basically they want me to pay an invoice that is the same amount as my entire rental the last month🤷🏼♂️payouts were fine for a couple of months and now the issues are coming back as they were in April and march this year already wrong with their payouts!?
There is nothing we can do unfortunately. Theft is going on for years now in the financial department in Amsterdam and I believe they’re aware about it but can’t do anything about it really they grew too big too quick and lost the overview over all of their bookings!

Most likely yes, until now I always got my payouts but with a delay of weeks if not months and this is not ok.. Booking.com is not a third world company but their financial department is because i see so much issues and mistakes they make in their calculations. Very stressful for all of us partners!!!
Their financial department is criminals in Amsterdam, they still own me 4000 dollars they didn’t pay me since 2 months.. never any response!! Stay away from their payment system. I’m trying also to set up stripe now by myself because I have no other options.. their financial department is just simply not answering even though I contacted them through Booking.com customer service multiple times.. it’s a nightmare!!
is it not possible to just set up a link in the messages that people can use to pay?
Hi Nicolette, I have exactly the same issue.. no payout for September and also not for October.. I don’t even have a payout statement for those months they provided me with. We’re not the only ones that are having this problem.. they have big problems with payment by booking.com service. I cancelled the service today and I will call my lawyer to see if I can sew them. This is absolutely out of this world for a company to have such immense payout issues.
