I understand, I send already so many messages and called from 5 july almost every day. But they still not open my accomodation. So I am really desperate and placed my story here
thank you for your respons. The letter was send in may 25 and June 27th This is 64 days ago and 30 days ago , much longer then 25 days ago.
my adress is right , I only have one adress. We are just small and depending on booking.com !! Why nobody help me with solution I send 3 complaints as well , but no solution. I did spoke with the media ( newspaper) today they probably going to make an item about this. How booking.com works . I am willing to tell my story there
Thank you Tonya , I call every day, it takes me at least 30 min to speak with a Dutch collegue, sometimes they even don t call me back. They only tell me to wait for the verification letter, which was send n may and June a few times. They don t do more. I am desperate . I also send video upload because because don t send me the letter. Nobody helps me really . I do not know what to do
Hello tonya, the problem is that nobody helps me at booking.com Netherlands. They see that the letter is end 5 times, in may and June but it never received. I als send 10 days ago a video upload . But nothing happens, nobody help me. They close my accomodation and don t pay me.please help me!
thank you for your reply, you are the first at booking who replied to me . I send already through inbox 10 messages from 5 july almost every day, but do not get any respond!! Also not on my phone calls. We are just small and I really need my pay out!! It is so unfair. Please can you do something for me?
