i'm having same issue. posted today. booking are no help. and can't access conversations between guests stating, they are wanting to cancel or change date which I allow. think i'm going to up pricing on booking and discount on airbnb
It's been over a week. I've rung them and they are saying it's with the finance department.
they are not taking responsibility for telling me the guest had paid when he hadn't. I would have blocked his car in until he handed over the payment if I had known he still owed me 2 nights payment. Used a massive amount of electricity as well so I'm assuming he had extra guests.
there is no mobile rate
I've just had a booking come through 20% off last minute and 10% mdot rate. I'm getting $150 of which booing are taking $25 and my cleaner $ 75. around $20 in electrical etc. I didn't authorize mdot
I have my calendars synced and it doesn't always work. A BDC rep told me it can take up to 4 hours so I block on other websites manually, which is ok when you only have 1 room.
I have had this happen and booking reversed the commission. You just need to find the right person as half of them don't know what they're talking about. Or don't understand what you are saying.
This is a tricky one. I had guests bring their own fan heater once to keep their new born baby warm. Electricity use was $30 a day. They paid $120 a night and I had to pay fees and me cleaner for 3 nights. I mentioned it to them and advised not to use the heater when they took the baby home as it would cost them a fortune, They then left a low review stating I had asked them for money because it was cold and they had used a heater.
If you put prices up you may not get the bookings, but I would probably give it a try.
