I know and I actually sent to them through Booking Plus inbox and partner support. I have two ways if contact either the email or calling so I sent him three or four times . And No one answer. But it's okay. It is a very good thing that you feel that booking balance between the right of guests and the rights of partner. Not always the guest is right and also the host. So the review should be objective not subjective but if the guest write I feel ... Then this is internal feeling can't be measured. But at the end effect on your reservations..

Thanks alot for your interest. but actually I wrote mane emails but no answer positively or negatively
so I need urgent help
