I did contact booking.comm thru message and wrote the details that we wont but got rejected. So what is the guideline to make it a correct description that fit with booking.com policies?

Set up it but not really what i want (at lease my boss said ok with that policies).

I am so new with extranet. so you said that you phoned your guest, you cant reach him thru chat inbox at the extranet? so the guest will get your message thru booking.com app or website. Correct or not?
I also put on my policies that our guests need to send 50% prepayment thru bank transfer. i dont know yet how i send the full invoice and bank details. I am thinking to send in thru extranet inbox guests message. So that mean will be not in attachment file invoice.
I have similar question, the commission is take before tax or after tax?
I already look on Cancellations and Prepayment. I choose on cancellations with Firm which is the guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
But on Prepayment, i set charge guests after they book thru bank transfer and if cancel will be refund in 7 days. But no option for 50% deposit. I would like to set for 50%, not full payment.
How to set this?
