The question that I ask myself, is for how long this problem exists, not just mine, but for the others, which countries are affected and how much can this represent?

Hello Sam, I have the same problem, the last 3 reservations have not been paid to me, and for a month and a half I have been making phone calls and emails just to know "when they are going to pay us". I'm also starting to wonder if we shouldn't get together as a collective to get a settlement. Moreover I do not see anything appearing on the internet talking about this problem I don't know what to do at the moment. Have a good evening Aude

I have already contacted the accounting department by phone and email with no real answers to date.
The question I asked myself was, am I the only one experiencing this settlement problem? Booking has always been perfect at all levels ... it's just that recently it has become unlivable! Thanks again for your reply Regards Aude
